Sabeena Ladha grew up in Texas on what she calls the “Standard American Diet”…of Oreos and Kraft Mac and Cheese. She founded DEUX after a career at PepsiCo and Frito Lay which felt conflicting to her interests in health and wellness. DEUX started on Instagram, where Sabeena would sell early batches of DEUX via DM’s. They started to sell out in 30 minutes! From there she expanded the brand by investing her own savings and launching online. DEUX was growing so rapidly through influencer marketing and collabs, Sabeena ended up raising $1 Million from investors! You may have also seen her on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank!
